Teams which will be mooting in English may rely on Bahasa Malaysia problem clarifications as well, and vice versa. However, if an English team who wished to rely on the facts from Bahasa problem clarifications, then they must translate the problem clarification from Bahasa into the language they will be mooting in.

E.g : 1. Team 55 vs Team 13. Their respective moot no. is 1. Kindly refer back to the finalized version of Pairing List for Law Moot 2010/2011.
2. Dated this day of 2010 placed at the bottom part of the counsel's skeletal argument, co-counsel's skeletal argument as well as list of authorities refers to the date of submission which falls on the 26th of October 2010.

11th - 13th November 2010 - Preliminary Rounds
24th November 2010 - Release of Preliminary Rounds Result and Publication of Final Timeline

For those who will be taking their MUET examination on the 13th of November 2010, kindly e-mail us at mmulawmoot2011@hotmail.com by the 23rd October 2010.
Necessary arrangements will be made. Please provide us with the relevant documents. We will not entertain e-mails sent after the deadline.

Kindly be reminded that each team is required to submit 4 bundles of memorial. The memorials should be tied together. The details on the handling of memorials are as follows:

Time : 9.00 a.m. – 1.30 p.m.

*Please take note that only one day will be allocated for the submission of memorials. Failure to comply with the requirements will be subjected to serious disciplinary action.

Your utmost attention is hereby requested on the following:
Under the Rules of the Moot 2010/2011, legal issues should not be clarified.
As such kindly refer back to the Release of Problem Clarification post for amendment. (Question 3 – Team 58; Question 15 – Team 63; Question 3 – Team 35; Question 1 and 3 – Team 10).
For your information, problem clarification will supplement the original moot problem and can be relied on by everyone including judges. As such, the problem clarifications can be attached with the moot question in the memorial.
