Announcement

Dear participants,

We are glad to announce that a total of 67 teams which consist of 134 students, will be competing next week. This is the largest Moot Competition organised by MULS to date. Majority of the teams have submitted their memorials on time and all of your zealous support is greatly appreciated.

However, please be informed that Team 69 and Team 70 will be DISQUALIFIED from the MMU Law Moot Competition 2008/2009 for failing to submit the memorials. As for Team 3, Team 43 and Team 46 will be proceeding ex parte, according to Rule 6.4 of the Multimedia University Law Moot Competition Rules and Regulations. The organising committee would like to announce that action will be taken against the teams which failed to submit the Team Memorial on time. As notified, marks attained from the Memorials shall be penalised.
