Subject: REQUEST FOR PROBLEM CLARIFICATION [TEAM NO. BM or BI]

1. On the all the requests for problem clarifications shall be publicised on this website. www.mmulawmoot.blogspot.com
2. The request for problem clarification shall neither be deliberated nor attended if the above format is not observed.
3. Similarly, the request for problem clarifications shall neither be deliberated nor attended if the date due is not observed.
4. Please refer to the MMU Law Moot Competition Rules and Regulations Rule 3.7 for matters which can be clarified.
5. Please submit your request for problem clarification in your team's moot language.

Lastly, in a moot court case, certain facts are deliberately kept ambiguous to provide scope for arguments to both the sides. Hence, the administrator has the right to abstain from providing answers to certain questions. Again, wherever the administrator finds that answering a particular question may help the team in framing its arguments, answers will not be provided in the interest of fairness impartiality in the entire competition. Moot teams have to bear this in mind if they find that all their questions have not been explicitly answered.

Please check this website for more updates. We will annouce the time and venue through this website if there is any face to face briefing three working days in advance, if any.

Best of luck preparing the memorial of the competition!

Warmest regards,
Jing En
Director
MMU Law Moot Competition 2008/09
