"Pursuant to the drawing of lots on 20th Nov 2009, Team No. 22 has been drawn against Team No. 75 in the Bahasa Malaysia Tournament. Following the draw, one of the members of Team No. 22 has written to the Organising Committee that she is a Non Malaysian and Non Malay Speaking student. She requested to change to English Tournament and the Organising Committee has considered her request. 2 teams - Team No. 8 and Team No. 60 have indicated that they're willing to switch from English Tournament to Bahasa Malaysia Tournament. Team No. 8 has put in their application first before Team No. 60. Pursuant to Rule 3.2.4, in exercise power to modify the pairing, we have now decided that :
1) Team No. 8 has replaced Team No. 22 and drawn against Team No. 75 for Bahasa Malaysia Tournament. Team No 8 will be submitting as Plaintiff while Team No. 75 will submit as defendant. (8 v 75)
2) Team No. 22 has replaced Team No. 8 and drawn against Team No. 80 for English Tournament. Team No. 80 will be submitting as Plaintiff while Team No. 22 will submit as defendant. (80 v 22)
* Team No. 60 will remain unchanged."
