Dear oralists,
This post is to remind your team that the deadline to submit your Memorials is on next Monday, 23 February 2009 (official time table). The exchange of memorials is on the next Tuesday, 24 February 2009. Time and venue of the above events will be released soon. There will be no return of marked memorials on 27 February 2009.
Please refer to RULE 5.0 MEMORIALS for the format of Memorial. Failure to adhere to the Rule shall be liable for deduction of score.
Please prepare five (5) hard copies of the same Memorial. Four (4) hard copies are required to be submitted to the Head of Administrator and one (1) hard copy will be the team’s copy.
Please be advised that in the event that any team fails to submit its Memorial on time (pursuant to RULE 5.1), the Head of Administrator shall have the discretion to deduct marks from the team’s Memorial score.
Please be advised that a Memorial may not be revised for any purpose whatsoever once it has been submitted. Equipment failure or problems will not be considered an excuse for late submission of Memorials.
