The Semifinal Rounds consist of four (4) highest ranking Teams from the Preliminary Rounds, as described in Rule 7.1. The two (2) winning Teams from the Semifinal Rounds shall advance to the Final Round. In the event of a tie, the Team with the higher average oral score shall proceed to the advance rounds.
